On September 21, Floral Park Memorial High School held a vibrant homecoming celebration filled with passion and excitement displayed from both students and staff. The festivities kicked off with a neighborhood parade that included the marching band, cheerleaders, Florettes, the homecoming court, and various student clubs. This year’s homecoming court featured seniors Sarafina Alcime, Dahlia Bautista, Leah Carey, Allison Castillo-Buestan, Kriselle Changtongkam, and Alexa Clinton.
In the afternoon, the stands were packed with spirited students and community members wearing red to cheer on the Knights as they played against Bethpage High School. During halftime, performances by the Florettes and varsity cheerleaders entertained the crowd, sure to be one of the many highlights of the day. The event culminated in a thrilling victory for Floral Park, with a final score of 31 to 28. Go Knights!
