On April 5th, the Floral Park Memorial Model United Nations Team competed at the in-district SIDMUN XXXI Conference! FPM brought home 8 awards, winners including Anaya Fraz and Isabella Pereira, Danis Pasic and Yuri Montas, Christina Rivera and Kayla O’Neill, Matthew Bahksh, Leyla Alicea, Caitlin Tam, Grace Dillon, and Jasmine Chen. This conference allowed for the collaboration of students from various grades throughout the Sewanhaka District, as well as gaining knowledge about issues worldwide, such as cybersecurity, increasing food access, etc. We are so proud of all participants!
