Cooking With James – Pizza Sanwhiches

Pizza Sandwiches (serves one):

  1. Take a baking sheet out and put aluminum foil on it. Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Take out 2 rolls(I used Martin’s Potato Rolls) and open them up, and lay them onto the foil with the inside of the roll facing up.
  3. Take about 1⁄2 cup of mozzarella cheese and evenly distribute them onto each roll.
  4. Put the rolls with cheese into the oven on a high broil for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted, but not too melted.
  5. Now, take about a spoonful, or about 1⁄8 cup of marinara sauce(I used Barilla Marinara) and spread it out over your melted cheese.
  6. Now, over your cheese and marinara sauce, place your toppings(I used 6 slices of turkey pepperoni for each sandwich).
  7. Put this back into the oven under the same broil and leave it in for another 2-3 minutes.
