Jacqueline Kelly Named 2021 Salutatorian

Humble, gifted, and selfless aptly describe Floral Park Memorial High School’s Salutatorian for the Class of 2021, Jacqueline Kelly. During her years at Floral Park Memorial, Jacqueline has distinguished herself in both academic and extracurricular pursuits, participating in an array of challenging courses and activities. Academically, Jacqueline has earned a GPA of 102.32. She has tackled a most rigorous schedule by enrolling in twelve Advanced Placement classes. When Jacqueline has a passion, she goes above and beyond, maximizing her spare time to accommodate her interests. Presently, she serves as Vice President of the Class of 2021 and Vice President of Model UN. She is also a member of the Science Olympiad team and the Students Against Destructive Decisions club. Jacqueline has been equally impressive as a committed Girl Scout for eleven years earning her Bronze and Silver Awards, and currently working on her Gold Award Project. Jacqueline is also a seasoned athlete. She is a member of the Varsity Girls Soccer team and an invaluable teammate for the Varsity Winter/Spring Track Team.
One of the highlights of Jacqueline’s high school tenure was her competing in the Robotics World Festival with her team. Other activities showcasing Jacqueline’s attributes include but are not limited to working as a camp counselor at St. Anne’s and being an accomplished dancer in ballet, tap, and Irish Step Dancing since elementary school.
Jacqueline is a multi-dimensional, versatile student with unparalleled time management skills, finding time alongside her academic and extracurricular pursuits to hold a part-time job in the community. Her proactive nature has brought her great success in all her endeavors. It is a pleasure to congratulate Jacqueline Kelly on her achievement as Floral Park Memorial High School’s Salutatorian for the Class of 2021.
