Cooking With James – Chicken with Guacamole and Cheese Wrap

Chicken with Guacamole and Cheese Wrap (Serves One):
- Cut up about 6 ounces of a chicken breast into smaller pieces (see progress photo for approximate size).
- Season your chicken with a little of each of the following: Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, and Oregano (I actually made a lot of this seasoning all at once, so that I don’t have to make it whenever I make this meal).
- I cooked my chicken in an air fryer for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake it in the oven at 375 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes.
- Take out a wrap, I used Joseph’s Lavash Bread. Now put some guacamole on your wrap, I used a packet of Wholly Guacamole from a store. After your guacamole, sprinkle about 1⁄2 cup of cheese over the guacamole.
- Once your chicken is finished, put your chicken on top of the cheese and guacamole.
- Now, wrap it up, and put it in the toaster oven for a bit to crisp it up.
- Enjoy! I had mine with green beans on the side.
