Cooking With James – Chicken with Guacamole and Cheese Wrap

Chicken with Guacamole and Cheese Wrap (Serves One):

  1. Cut up about 6 ounces of a chicken breast into smaller pieces (see progress photo for approximate size).
  2. Season your chicken with a little of each of the following: Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, and Oregano (I actually made a lot of this seasoning all at once, so that I don’t have to make it whenever I make this meal).
  3. I cooked my chicken in an air fryer for 8 minutes at 400 degrees F. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake it in the oven at 375 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Take out a wrap, I used Joseph’s Lavash Bread. Now put some guacamole on your wrap, I used a packet of Wholly Guacamole from a store. After your guacamole, sprinkle about 1⁄2 cup of cheese over the guacamole.
  5. Once your chicken is finished, put your chicken on top of the cheese and guacamole.
  6. Now, wrap it up, and put it in the toaster oven for a bit to crisp it up.
  7. Enjoy! I had mine with green beans on the side.
