Cooking With James – Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

1. Take about 4 ounces of chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, and about 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
2. Add your chicken to an air fryer for 12 minutes on 400 degrees. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can cook it in the oven or on a pan.
3. While your chicken is cooking, take 2 pieces of bread of your choice and put mozzarella cheese on top. I cut 2 cheese sticks into strips and layered them on top of my bread.
4. Separately, take a tomato and cut it into slices. Also, take a pepper and cut it into slices.
5. Now, take 2 pieces of bacon, and cook however you like (microwave, on the pan, etc.). Once it’s done cooking, cut each slice in half.
6. Take your bread and put it in your toaster oven, and toast to your liking. I like it just toasted a little bit so that there is a little crisp and the cheese is melted.
7. Add your tomato and pepper on top of your bread.
8. Add your bacon on top of your bread as well.
9. Once your chicken is done cooking, add it to your sandwich and close it up.
10. Enjoy! I served with roasted potatoes, but you can serve with whatever you want!
