Cooking With James – Chicken Wrap

Chicken Wrap:
Serves 1
- Take about 6oz of a chicken breast and season it with salt and pepper.
- Put it in the oven at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes (time may change depending on your oven).
- Separately, take out a tortilla and put a base layer of lettuce or spinach on it.
- Optional: Put your favorite dressing on top of your base layer (I used ranch dressing). I also put hot sauce on with my ranch dressing.
- Take 2 cooked pieces of bacon (I used turkey bacon), and place it on top of your base layer and dressing.
- Optional: Put some shredded cheese on top of what you have so far. I did not do this, but I have before, and it was very good!
- Now take your baked chicken, cut it into strips, and lay them on top of what you have so far on your wrap. Right now, you can add more ranch/hot sauce.
- Now wrap it up, and enjoy!
