November is the month where everyone can come together to recognize the large importance of helping those with pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly cancers, mainly because it is diagnosed very late in almost all cases. In November, by completing simple acts, such as wearing purple, we as a global community can increase funding for pancreatic cancer treatment. Local fundraisers that can be found all throughout the world gather money to increase the possibilities of early detection so we can help support the fellow members of our global community.
